At Grupo Afandecor we continue to be at the forefront of the latest systems on the market to offer the best product to our customers. In recent months, our team has manufactured and installed for the first time throughout Europe Tigal carpentry. The latest product from the Technal brand combines the best of a practicable system in terms of airtightness and tightness, with the functionality of the sliding system.

Afandecor together with the company 4Passiv studied the project to meet the client's expectations. The house seen in the images has large holes and a traditional sliding system was going to reduce energy efficiency. In the manufacturing process, after receiving the material from France, Afandecor had the assistance from a technician from the brand itself for several days. Our factory officials, along with the help of Technal, manufactured the first five Tigal units in Europe. Colleagues have acknowledged that most of the doubts arose about the hardware and accessories, as it is a different product from any other from the brand, although they finally resolved it satisfactorily.

Once the product was manufactured, the technicians carried out the facility what happened with complete normality as with any other Technal system. In this process, the team had to pay special attention to the definition and conception of the pre-frame system, the leveling, the glazing and the plumbing of the frames due to the peculiarity of the hybrid system. 

The final result can be assessed in the coming days in the absence of the final touches, but the first sensations of both the homeowner and 4Passiv and Afandecor have been very positive for the spectacular nature of the product, its airtightness and its good functioning.
