Afandecor has carried out a custom intervention in a house located in Torrelodones (Madrid) with a clear objective: to transform the relationship between the interior of the house and the exterior patio, improving the entry of natural light, comfort and functionality of the spaces.

The project has been developed on an existing house, opting for solutions of high-performance aluminum joinery, Large glazed surfaces and solar protection systems that provide design, comfort and efficiency in the daily use of the home.

The house had great potential, but needed to open up to the outside world and to make better use of natural light. The main challenge was to create a seamless connection between the living room, kitchen, and patio without a complete renovation, while maintaining a balance between aesthetics, insulation, and comfort.

Afandecor designed a completely customized solution, combining different systems depending on each space.
