Last Wednesday the presentation of ediFica21, the efficient construction fair in which Afandecor Group will be present from September 1 to 3. Present at the institutional table of the event were Enrique Maya, mayor of Pamplona, and Jose María Aierdi, second vice president and counselor of Territorial Planning, Housing, Landscape and Strategic Projects of the Government of Navarra.
This edition of ediFica will bring together fifty of the most prominent companies in the efficient and sustainable building sector in Pamplona from September 1 to 3. Among them is Afandecor Group with its extensive commitment to sustainable construction, energy efficiency and the development of self-consumption. All Afandecor's business lines are related, in one way or another, to the fair that will be held at the beginning of September.
The initiative is organized by the Passivhaus Consortium, of which Grupo Afandecor has been a member since last April, and the Government of Navarra and the Pamplona City Council collaborate. The presentation took place in the Weapons Room of the Gardens of the Citadel of Navarra and was attended by Koldo Monreal, director of ediFica21, Manuel Media, president of the Passivhaus Consortium, and Miguel Rodríguez, second vice president of the entity.

After the presentation, a discussion was held divided into thematic tables in which some of the consortium companies participated. These spaces were the prelude to the debate forums that will be held at ediFica21 and in which Grupo Afandecor will be present.
The ediFica21 meeting wants to emphasize the importance of sustainable building in a transversal way, from the design of buildings with low energy demand to energy-generating buildings. It also aims to explore the opportunity that exists in the market for energy rehabilitation of buildings, sustainability, circularity, sustainable mobility and the positive impact of all these strategies in urban and rural areas.
The last edition of ediFica, which was held in 2019, managed to attract nearly 4,000 visitors in the last edition, 60% from the professional environment and 40% from the general public, it had 40 exhibiting companies and represented nearly 400 companies in the sector.
