María José, an Afandecor client who replaced windows and a bay window at her home during the month of March, confesses her satisfaction with the installation and the final result. So far, the first months with the new windows in the home have met all expectations of design, comfort and insulation.
Since she contacted the Afandecor sales team, María José was very clear about the changes she wanted for her home. In this way, it intended to put an end to all the inconveniences related to the old, heavy and inefficient windows that the apartment had from the moment of its construction. Afandecor technicians were able to fulfill all their wishes and satisfy their improvement demands with a series of installations designed to suit them that have completely changed the façade of the home.
Firstly, in the main area of the living room there was a double sliding window installed that according to María José "It was complicated to open and, even more so, to clean." It could not be disassembled and allowed a limited opening. To solve these disadvantages, María José entrusted Afandecor with the installation of two folding/tilt-turn windows in PVC from the Kömmerling brand and glass made using the 70mm EUROFUTUR system. Among them stands out their "practicality and great acoustic insulation, since they are more watertight and prevent outside noise". Despite being much more compact than the old ones, the client is satisfied because they achieve as much insulation as the double windows.
The most spectacular part of the house is the living room's viewing point, an area through which a lot of natural light enters thanks to its southwest orientation. Before the renovation, the central part of the observation deck was a fixed glass and the sides were only foldable. Now, 3 folding/tilt-turn windows have been installed that allow the house to be ventilated according to needs and are much more comfortable.
Finally, Afandecor also carried out the replacement of the bedroom windows in María José's home. In the master bedroom, there were two old aluminum windows that covered a very large space, since it was a large window. After the arrival of the Afandecor team, it was transformed into three tilt-and-turn windows with a much finer and more attractive final result. In addition, two translucent glasses were installed at the bottom to increase the privacy of the bedroom. As a finishing touch, María José opted for a motorized blind in this bedroom that, in her words, "it is a wonder". Being such a large blind, it caused a lot of problems and as time went by the signs of deterioration became evident. Thanks to the Somfy motor, the new blind takes up less space, makes less noise and requires zero effort to raise or lower it.
In summary, María José was delighted with the treatment received by Afandecor in all stages of the manufacturing and installation process of her window.
