In recent months, the Afandecor Group renovation team carried out the comprehensive transformation of the MOMA Pharmacy, located at number 55 Avenida de la Unión Pública, in Arroyomolinos. We have spoken with its owner, Ana, to find out her feelings about Afandecor's work and the impact that the renovation has had on her business. Although all the work had to be carried out during the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, Ana was delighted by “how little he had to worry about the work”. Thus, the technical team at Afandecor had the client's trust to develop the entire project and the brilliant final result is obvious.
The commercial premises already housed a pharmacy, but the new owner wanted to make a radical change to launch her business. Putting herself in the hands of Afandecor, architect Raquel designed a project to achieve greater use of space and give a more natural feel to the pharmacy. As can be seen in the images of the work, the renovation involved throwing out everything that existed (despite the fact that it was only a 5-year-old premises) and starting from scratch with the construction.
This decision allowed the renovation to be completely adjusted to the client's expectations and Ana is convinced that she made the right choice: “The renovation has not given me any problems, I put all my trust in Raquel and the company, and the design that I wanted was fulfilled.”
Ana already knew Grupo Afandecor before contacting us to carry out the renovation of her pharmacy. Even more, “The treatment has proven to be very good and they are still available for any questions or queries.”
Two different projects were designed for the pharmacy. One for work by Grupo Afandecor and another for furniture. The client highlights “the perfect coordination between the furniture company and Afandecor”. The collaboration between the two allowed the creation of a good tandem that met the client's expectations and ended in an integrated and uniform result. Regarding the pharmacy as it is now, Ana highlights that “The work in general is very good” and that, furthermore, When “you fill it with furniture and give it life, you are very happy with the final result”.
The pleasant atmosphere created in the pharmacy is praised by customers who positively value the change and highlight “the spaciousness, the location of the light and the attractive design.” In short, a clear success for the Afandecor renovation team that has met the client's expectations and has achieved the creation of a bright, spacious and natural space so that the MOMA Pharmacy can continue caring for the residents of Arroyomolinos for many more years.
