This SKYLIGHT Designed, manufactured and installed by our team in a villa in Las Rozas, it is an example of this. Its owners contacted us with the idea of creating an enclosure on the upstairs terrace. They wanted take advantage of space in any season of the year, but do not lose light in the rooms that face the terrace. “Some residents of the area have closed this type of PVC terrace or have built a roof. We wanted a glazed enclosure to offer us some good living conditions, that was energy efficient and let light pass into the rooms.”, confesses José Ignacio.

After the study and the relevant measurements, Afandecor began to work on this construction of more than 7 meters long and 3 meters wide. The initial idea was to build the construction on five pieces, but when it came to installation, small inevitable inconveniences arose due to the complexity of the work. This is how its owner explained it: “Initially the skylight was designed with full glass, but it was impossible to get it up here and install it. Afandecor knew how to make the changes correctly, within budget and very quickly. Aesthetically we have lost a little, but we have gained in safety because the construction is more based on these aluminum profiles”.

Once the work was completed, this client has not regretted trusting us: “I am very satisfied with the entire process. They worried about solving something as complicated as the water inlet. Until the space acclimatizes and we achieve the proper thermal balance, we have to give it a little time.
